3. Counter-Notification

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your jurisdiction, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate user accounts that are repeat infringers of copyright law.

5. Limitations

Please note that YtToMp3 does not host any content on its servers. All media files are hosted on third-party services and platforms such as YouTube. Any claims of copyright infringement should be directed to those platforms.
